About the Event

I'll start with a quick overview of what running power is and how works. I'll then outline what you need to do to get yourself set up to train (or coach) effectively with running power. To finish, I'll analyse a couple of different training files to demonstrate how running power works alongside pace and heart rate in different scenarios. 

The webinar has a live chat feature for questions during the presentation.


  • Will my video and audio be on? No. You'll be a silent participant in the webinar. You'll be able to ask in the chat.
  • What if I can't make it to the live webinar? All ticket holders will be supplied with an on-demand copy of the webinar approximately 12 hrs after recording.
  • How will I access the webinar? You'll be sent a private link in your confirmation email.
  • Can I view the webinar on my phone? Yes. It will be hosted on a private page on my site, so it'll be in your web browser (i.e. chrome, safari, etc..)
